We have recently been successful in securing planning permission for a 30 bed Residential Nursing home in Co Antrim. were we will have the responsibility for the project from inception through to completion and handover to our client.
Currently the project is at detailed drawing stage with the tendering process due to begin in early 2013. and is due to be on-site by April with construction to take approx 7 months.
